Freddie Mac’s weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey® revealed Virginia Beach interest rates inched up this past week. The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 6.04 percent for the week ending February 21, 2008. This is up from last week when it averaged 5.72 percent. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 6.22 percent.
